The homeowner needed to make his new addition of a basement garage with living space above to work with the rest of his property. Because the addition was basically underground we had to clear First we built the driveway and installed natural retaining walls reinstalled a fence, built the front step and his back walkway, brick with cobblestone edging. Round two, we cleared 47 pine trees from his lot that we infected with a pine boring beatle. Then we selected a few oaks to remain on the property to provide shade and privacy. We then graded the lawn, installed the irrigation and then the front walkway. We graded his flower beds and added some new plants.
